Rental Prices for Gîte Luma
The rental prices include electricity, water,
and a first set of bed linen, towels & kitchen towels.
The beds are already made upon arrival 😊

In July and August, we rent by the week.
The standard changeover day is Saturday.
Flexible arrival
You can move into the gîte from 5:00 PM.
Thanks to our key safe, arrival is possible at any time of night.
So travel relaxed and without time pressure!

🏠 Booking conditions for "direct bookings"
The deposit amounts to 100% of the total price of the reservation.
❗The reservation will only be confirmed once the total amount has been credited to our account!
The total price includes:
The accommodation & *Final cleaning
*The tourist taxes
*The security deposit
👉 The security deposit will be refunded in cash or by bank transfer on the day of your departure
after returning the house key & the gate remote control and if no damage has been found
in the Gîte and on the property after inspection by the owners.
👉 Please note:
Loss of the house key will incur a €50 fee; loss of the remote control will incur a €100 fee.
🔎 If there are multiple reservation requests for the same period,
we will confirm the reservation of the one for which we receive the payment first.
🔎 Late payments will be rejected.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the Client:
In the event of a cancellation by the client, only the following costs will be refunded:
*Final cleaning
*Tourist taxes
*Security deposit
Cancellation Insurance:
The customer is responsible for obtaining cancellation insurance that covers all costs of the reservation.
Cancellation by the owner:
In the event of exceptional circumstances or force majeure,
the owner reserves the right to cancel a reservation at any time.
In this case, the owner will refund the amounts already paid by bank transfer
and the customer will be informed by email.
